The purpose of the research is to explore effective replication methods in distributed systems, such as synchronous, asynchronous, multimaster, partial replication, bidirectional replication, replication with load balancing, replication with auto-promote and replication with web services. As well as the challenges faced in maintaining data consistency. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by analyzing 15 related scientific journals on best practices in data replication methods in distributed systems. The results show that there are 3 replications that are considered best practices, namely multimaster replication applied in the payroll system at CV Rejeki Jaya Makmur Abadi, synchronous replication in the online KRS application at Jabal Ghafur University, and asynchronous replication applied to the Graha Manunggal Property and Dealand Property financial systems. synchronous replication ensures data consistency with a 100% success rate, while asynchronous offers flexibility in transactions despite connection disruptions and multimaster replication provides high availability and operational efficiency. This research is expected to provide insight for distributed system developers to choose the replication method that best suits the needs of the application.</p> 2025-08-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Sherina Intania, Hetty Rohayani https://journal.proletargroup.org/index.php/IJIRETM/article/view/252 The Development of Conceptual Model for Green Marketing Performance 2025-03-04T06:02:23+00:00 Sabar Aritonang Rajagukguk sabarmail.art@gmail.com <p>Electric vehicles are seen as one of the most significant solutions to the problem of climate change. Various innovative efforts made by the company have not provided optimal results. It has long been understood that innovation is controlled internally by the company until the theory of service-dominant logic provides a new paradigm that value can be created with customers. However, no one has shown the urgency and significance of education to the target market as an important mediator to create the company's innovation capability. Using the service-dominant logic theory as well as 38 empirical research articles, a conceptual model was found to fill the research gap. The conceptual model includes education to the target market as a mediator between the company's commitment to creating electric vehicles and the company's innovation capability on marketing performance.</p> 2025-08-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Sabar Aritonang Rajagukguk https://journal.proletargroup.org/index.php/IJIRETM/article/view/260 Comparative Analysis of the Impact of Inventory Management on Organizational Performance 2025-06-23T01:49:46+00:00 Mutiara Fitridiani mutiarafitridiani27@gmail.com Indah Anggraeni Purnama Sari indahanggraenips20@gmail.com <p>This study aims to examine the impact of inventory management practices on organizational performance through a literature review of five scholarly articles.
